We collect account and profile information you provide (such as your name, email address, and phone number); contacts and CRM data our customers upload to manage their business; usage data about how you interact with the Service; and communications you send to us or through the Service.
We use this information to provide and improve the Service, deliver customer support, process billing, and maintain the security of our platform.
When you connect a calendar (Google, Microsoft, or Apple), we access it only to read your availability and to create the appointments and events you ask us to create. Calendar access tokens are stored encrypted. We do not use calendar data for advertising purposes. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Disconnecting your calendar removes our stored credentials for that account.
We share information with service providers who support the Service, such as hosting, payment processing, telephony, and email delivery, under contract and only as needed to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal information for money. On our public pages we use analytics and a visitor-identification and retargeting service; see section 5 for what that means and how to opt out.
On the public pages of smartagent.guide (not inside the signed-in app), Smart Agent Guide LLC uses Google Analytics to measure visits, and a third-party visitor-identification and retargeting service. Both set cookies, and the visitor-identification service may match a visit to business contact information it already holds, so we can follow up with brokerages interested in our platform and show our ads on other sites. To opt out of both, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email support@smartagent.guide and we will opt you out of both. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings stops the visitor-identification service but not Google Analytics, which uses our own site's cookies.
We send SMS text messages only to numbers that have provided consent. You may reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your information at any time, including upon account closure, by contacting support@smartagent.guide.
We use encryption in transit and at rest for stored credentials and access tokens, along with access controls, to protect your information.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
